- You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (videos, modules, or assignments).
- Refunds apply only to courses purchased directly from our office or official website.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have completed more than 10% of the course.
- You have downloaded materials or attempted any assessment.
- The course is part of a discounted bundle, promotion, or limited-time offer.
- You were unable to complete the course due to personal reasons such as lack of time, interest.
- Technical difficulties on your device or internet issues (beyond our control).
Refund Process
To request a refund:

Course Cancellation by the Center
If we cancel a course before it begins or during its delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability, platform issues:
- A full refund will be issued.
- You may alternatively opt for course transfer or credit for future enrollment.

Amendments
