Enrollment and Eligibility

• Applicants must meet the age and educational requirements specified for each course.
• Admission is subject to availability and payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to reject any application without obligation to provide a reason.

 

Course Access and Use

• Access is granted only to the enrolled user and is non-transferable.
• Courses are delivered via our official website/platform, using live sessions, recorded videos, or downloadable content.
• Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

Course Fees and Payment

• All fees must be paid in full or in approved installments before the commencement of the course.
• Fees are non-refundable, except under special circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.
• Late payments may result in access suspension or penalty charges.
• Payment can be made online via authorized gateways e.g., bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (No. +8801911 241 002).

 

Attendance and Conduct

• A minimum of 80% attendance is required to receive a course completion certificate.
• Learners must maintain respectful behavior with the mentors and fellow trainees.
• We have the right to expel learners for misconduct, harassment, or cheating.

 

Course Materials

• Course materials are provided for personal learning use only and must not be copied, distributed, or sold.
• Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

 

Certification

• Certificates will only be issued upon successful course completion, which includes required attendance, assessments, and project submissions.
• Certificates are not issued for incomplete or withdrawn courses.

 

Intellectual Property

• All training content, software, and branding remain the property of Al-Hikmah SkillGen.
• Reproducing or republishing course content without permission is prohibited.

 

Termination of Access

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach any terms.
• In case of termination, access to all course materials will be revoked without refund.

Amendments

• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify courses due to unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice.

• Personal data is collected solely for enrollment and internal use.
• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
